Remove strip from pocket and twist to separate slits prior to use. Peel strip off plastic liner and apply to wet, cleansed nose. Apply direct to the skin, smooth sides and press down to ensure all sides are fixed to the nose. Let the strip dry for 10 – 15 minutes until stiff to touch. Starting at the edges, slowly and carefully peel away the strip, pulling towards the centre of the nose.
