Miconazole is an antifungal medicine used to treat infections with fungi and yeasts. It works by destroying the fungus and associated bacteria which may be present. Ingredients Contains ingredients: Other Ingredients: Pregelatinised Potato Starch, Alcohol, Polysorbate 20 (E432), Sodium Saccharin, Cocoa flavour, Orange flavour, Glycerol and Water. Contains active ingredients: Miconazole Warnings Do not take if: You have ever experienced an allergic reaction (hypersensitivity) to Daktarin Oral Gel, miconazole or any of the other ingredients in the past; or if you have any kind of liver disease. Side Effects Please Consult the Manufacturer Leaflet for Potential Side Effects Directions How to use Daktarin Oral Gel: Adults, the elderly and children aged 6 years and over: Squeeze a small amount onto a clean finger and apply to the affected area four times daily. Children under 6 years: Squeeze a small amount onto a clean finger and apply to the affected area twice daily. To obtain the best results, the gel should be kept in contact with the infected area for as long as possible.
